The Hub is designed for absolute beginners through to people ready for their next digital step. Everything is paced, practical, and community-focused.

Ask questions in plain language

Use the on-site AI chat assistant and local facilitators to get step-by-step answers without any jargon.

Learn core digital skills

Follow friendly learning modules covering devices, email, online safety, files, and more.

Access devices + print documents

Use Hub laptops and tablets during sessions if you don’t have a reliable device of your own. Print up to A3, including premium 200gsm cardstock for special projects.

Get local mentoring

Join guided sessions led by two local facilitators who understand the community.

Book one-on-one support

Prebook time for device setup, catch-up learning, or project-based help like resumes and websites.
