AI chat assistant
An on-site AI-powered assistant helps you ask questions in plain language, get step-by-step guidance, and revisit topics when you’re ready.

Structured learning modules cover the most important skills for everyday life, delivered at a community-friendly pace.

Access to new devices
Use Hub laptops and tablets during sessions so you can fully participate, even if you don’t have a device at home. We can also help with printing and document setup for resumes, forms, and community projects.

Local mentoring & support (6 months)
Two trained community facilitators will lead six months of in-person mentoring, troubleshooting, and real-world problem solving.

One-on-one mentoring (by appointment)
Prebook individual sessions for deeper support tailored to your needs and devices.

Themed topic days
Structured themed days will group related topics together so you can build confidence step by step.
- Examples include safety online, staying in touch, or small business tools
- Session dates will be announced closer to launch
